Well I put my first dive on it last night. The neck seal is still a little too tight- OK in the water, but too much on land.
I like the suit- I stayed dry, which was a first as my prior suits (used, and a rental) leaked past the neck seal on me.
I got a medium-tall, and the sleeves are a touch long for me- by the time I added my rings and gloves, the glove fingers wanted to slide out 1" or so on land making it hard to do clips. Not too bad in the water, but I'll be adjusting the rings and gloves to get a tighter fit.
I did use my old Bare inflator hose- all metal fitting, not part plastic like the one that comes with it.
I had a small issue with air collecting in my shoulders, and not venting. It's a little baggy there for me, so I'll have to work on my skills to ensure the air dumps when I'm coming up.
The socks were a perfect fit, and the boots are great. Now that I know it fits/works, I'll get the pockets and suspenders put on it.
My prior suit was an older Bare TriLam Pro suit. That suit was definitely heavier duty, and I like the feel of that fabric better, but this suit was 1/3 the cost. I do like that it is lighter- I carry enough weight to the water already.
